Mubarak Chicken is a delivery service provider specializing in the delivery of fresh chicken and poultry products sourced from licensed suppliers. We are not involved in the production, processing, or manufacturing of chicken—our responsibility is limited to the safe and timely delivery of products from our partners to your specified address.

Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to make purchases in your jurisdiction.

Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mubarak Chicken, and we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery, UPI, PhonePe, and major credit/debit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. For bulk or business orders, advance payment or custom payment terms may be arranged.

Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver all orders within the promised timeframe. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, and operational challenges. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering only fresh, high-quality chicken products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of your order, please contact our customer support immediately. Refunds or replacements will be provided in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be canceled up to the point of dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible, especially for perishable products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details on how to request a refund or replacement.
