We deliver only fresh, high-quality chicken sourced from trusted suppliers. Each order is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. If you receive an order that does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong product or if items are missing from your order.

  • Quality Issues: If the product delivered is spoiled, damaged, or otherwise unfit for consumption.

  • Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our facility.

  • Overpayment: If you are erroneously charged more than the stated price.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after receiving your order.

  • Perishable Products Without Quality Issue: If the chicken is delivered fresh and in good condition but you no longer require it.

  • Failure to Receive Delivery Due to Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, resulting in undelivered or delayed orders.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product in question. Our team will assess your request and respond with guidance on next steps.

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds via digital payments (UPI, PhonePe, cards) are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For cash on delivery orders, a digital refund or store credit will be arranged as appropriate.

Replacement Policy

In cases where a product is missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, we may offer a replacement delivery at our discretion. Replacement availability is subject to product stock and delivery schedules.

All approved exchanges/replacements will be completed within 24-48 hours.
