At Mubarak Chicken, we take pride in our efficient, reliable, and transparent delivery and shipping services. This policy outlines how we handle deliveries and shipping, manage your orders, and ensure you receive the freshest chicken possible, every time.
Service Area and Shipping Scope
We currently deliver fresh chicken to all major neighborhoods within Rajahmundry city limits. Our delivery map is regularly updated on our website—if you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order. At this time, we do not offer delivery or shipping services outside Rajahmundry.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service number. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with a unique reference number and an estimated delivery or shipping window. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance for optimal freshness.
Delivery and Shipping Time Frames
Standard Delivery: Orders placed at least 24 hours in advance will be delivered within 9 AM to 6 PM on the requested delivery date.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11 AM, subject to availability on our website.
Bulk and Business Orders: Delivery time frames will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation to suit your specific needs.
Packaging and Shipment Quality
All orders are packed in food-grade, insulated packaging designed for either delivery or shipping. We use ice packs and temperature-controlled bags to maintain product freshness and prevent spoilage. Our packaging meets all food safety standards to ensure your chicken arrives in perfect condition.
Order Tracking and Communication
Once your order is dispatched for delivery or shipment, you will receive real-time updates via SMS, email, or through your account on our website/app. Our delivery team will contact you to confirm your availability and coordinate a convenient delivery time. For shipments, tracking details and expected arrival dates will be provided.
If you have special instructions for delivery or shipment (e.g., leave at doorstep, call upon arrival), please specify them when placing your order.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Shipping Returns
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations for perishable goods like chicken may not be possible.
Rescheduling is subject to contacting customer support as early as possible.
For shipped orders, returns are accepted only if items are received damaged or spoiled, and claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Missed Deliveries and Shipping Issues
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will try to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If contact cannot be established, your order may be returned to our facility, and re-delivery fees may apply.
For shipped orders, if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of your order upon delivery or shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We handle all complaints seriously and will work towards resolving your issue promptly through replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable.
